How Tempello’s Flat-Rate Pricing Works

How Pricing Works:

• $0.39 per billable email
  Every time Tempello logs a billable 0.1-hour time entry for a sent or received email, you are charged $0.39.

• Unlimited users
  Add as many attorneys, paralegals, or admins as you like—no seat-based pricing.

• Only pay for what you use
  If no billable emails are logged, you don’t pay anything that cycle.

What Counts as a Billable Email?

• Sent or received emails that match a client/matter rule
• Emails not flagged as internal or excluded
• Time entries created (0.1 hour each)

You can view and audit billable emails from the Billing Dashboard.

Billing Frequency:

• Charges are processed monthly, based on total billable emails logged in that billing period.
• You’ll receive an itemized invoice showing usage and charges.

Why Flat-Rate?

We believe in simple, scalable pricing that aligns with how firms work. You shouldn't pay extra for adding users or worry about tiered plans.
