How to Submit a Support Ticket Using the Client Portal
Need help? Submitting a support ticket through the Tempello Client Portal is the fastest way to get assistance. The portal is built on HubSpot’s secure Customer Portal platform, ensuring that your inquiries are tracked, prioritized, and answered efficiently by our support team.
Step-by-Step Instructions
🔐 1. Log In to the Client Portal

Visit https://portal.tempello.ai/tickets-view or click “Submit a Support Ticket” from the main navigation of our Technical Documentation.

Enter your email address and password.
Note: If you don’t have login credentials, click “Sign Up” or check your inbox for an invitation email from Tempello.
📝 2. Navigate to “My Tickets”

Once logged in, you’ll land on your personal dashboard.

Click on the “My Tickets” tab at the top of the page to view and manage your existing tickets.
➕ 3. Click “Create Ticket”

In the upper right-hand corner, click “File a Support Ticket”.

Fill out the required fields:

Subject – Brief summary of your issue.

Category – Select the type of issue (e.g., Billing, Technical, Feature Request).

Description – Provide as much detail as possible. Screenshots and links are encouraged.

Priority – Choose the appropriate urgency level.
