Managing Your Subscription and Billing Settings

Update billing information, view invoices, or make changes to your Tempello subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

To View Your Billing Settings:

  1. Log in to Tempello Dashboard
  2. Go to Settings > Billing & Subscription
  3. Here, you can:
    • View past invoices
    • Update payment method
    • Download receipts
    • See your current usage

Updating Payment Method:

  1. In Billing Settings, click Update Payment Method
  2. Enter new credit card or billing info
  3. Click Save—new info will apply to your next billing cycle

Pausing or Cancelling Your Subscription:

  • If you’d like to pause or cancel Tempello, click “Cancel Subscription” in Billing Settings
  • You will not be charged going forward, and your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle
  • Past billing data will remain accessible (read-only)

If you have questions about charges or invoice details, contact us at support@tempello.ai or through the Client Portal. Our team responds within 1 business day and resolves all billing-related tickets within 48 business hours.
